No, we do not provide any meals at The Braun Manor. However, you are welcome to choose a caterer from our preferred vendor list or one of your own. 

Absolutely. The Braun Manor is a private estate rental, not a commercial venue, so you're free to bring your own caterer, baker, photographer, or any other vendor of your choice. If you'd rather not source vendors yourself, our preferred vendor list is full of trusted professionals who know the property well.

The Manor accommodates up to 30 overnight guests.

Yes, a two-night minimum applies to vacation rental stays. Wedding packages include one night's stay, with additional nights available at a $1,200/night discounted rate.

Yes, up to three pets are welcome with prior disclosure at booking and a non-refundable pet fee. Undisclosed pets are subject to an additional fee.

Yes, we offer payment plans for wedding and events only. 

 To secure your date, all bookings begin with a $500 Save the Date Deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final package total. Two weeks after your deposit is received, your selected payment plan will begin.

Both the pool and pond are unfenced, so children and non-swimmers should be closely supervised at all times. Guests are asked to acknowledge these risks at booking.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own décor, or make use of our on-site wedding closet, which includes a variety of décor, linens, and accessories available for your use. Please note that nails and holes in the walls are not permitted.

No, glitter is not permitted indoors or outdoors due to the difficulty of cleanup on a historic property.

Yes, professional cleaning is included in wedding and event  packages only.

Yes, event rentals require a damage insurance policy, which covers accidental damage up to a set amount. Details are provided at booking.

Swimming in the pond is not permitted. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome!

Indoor smoking, including vaping, is not permitted. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas.
