Braun Manor is a historical gem and the perfect setting for any micro to small event.  We cater to weddings and events with up to 75 guests, offering a range of packages designed to suit your needs. Select dates available for 2025 and now booking for 2026. Don’t miss the chance to make your special day unforgettable in this enchanting setting. 

We do not offer private tours. However, we do offer quarterly tours of the property, where you can experience the magic of Braun Manor firsthand.

Package 1: Accommodations for Up to 50 Guests

• Rental Fee: $2,000  
• Includes: 12 hours of event time (including set-up and clean-up)  
• Vendor Access: Approved vendors permitted on the day of the event
• Furnishing Flexibility: Freedom to arrange furnishings as needed  
• Decoration: Guests are responsible for setting up and removing their own decorations  

Package 2: 51-75 Guests

• Rental Fee: $3,000  
• Includes: 12 hours of event time (including set-up and clean-up)  
• Vendor Access: Approved vendors permitted on the day of the event
• Furnishing Flexibility: Freedom to arrange furnishings as needed  
• Decoration: Guests are responsible for setting up and removing their own decorations  

Amenities:

• Bride dressing areas
• Multiple indoor and outdoor wedding locations
• Pool, pond, and large wrap-around deck
• Tents allowed
• Kitchen for prep only
• Wedding assistant will be on the grounds for the 12 hour event time.

Restrictions:

• BYO alcohol  (must be served by a licensed bartender/caterer)
• No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.
• Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors (must end by 11:00 PM)
• Smoking outside only
