Film & Photography Shoots at The Braun Manor

The Braun Manor, located in Denison, Texas, offers a stunning, historical backdrop perfect for film and photography shoots. With its 8,000 sq. ft. of eclectic charm, grand architecture, and picturesque gardens, The Braun Manor provides an elegant and versatile setting for your next project. We offer a range of packages to suit your specific needs, whether you’re capturing a short film, commercial, photoshoot, or anything in between.

We offer the following hourly options for photography shoots at The Braun Manor. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Please note that no refunds will be issued for film or photography shoots under any circumstances.

Standard Package (10 People)

• Duration: 2 hours
• Includes: Access to the main areas of the manor (Great Hall, original fireplaces, hand-carved pocket doors, gardens, etc.)
• Price: $300
• Ideal for: Short photoshoots or quick film scenes requiring limited access to the property.

Full Day Package (20 People)

• Duration: 9 hours
• Includes: Full access to the manor’s 8,000 sq. ft. interior and all outdoor spaces. Includes use of the property’s scenic locations and exclusive access to the estate for the entire day.
• Price: $800
• Ideal for: Large or extensive photography projects.

• Includes: Access to the main areas of the manor (Great Hall, original fireplaces, hand-carved pocket doors, gardens, etc.)

• Ideal for: Short, quick film scenes that require limited access to the property.

Extended Package (30 People)

• Duration: 8 hours
• Includes: Access to the manor’s interior and exterior areas, including multiple gardens, pond, waterfalls, and more.
• Price: $2,800
• Ideal for: Longer commercial shoots or more intricate film production.

Full Day Package (50 People)

• Duration: 12 hours
• Includes: Full access to the manor’s 8,000 sq. ft. interior and all outdoor spaces. Includes use of the property’s scenic locations and exclusive access to the estate for the entire day.
• Price: $3,900
• Ideal for: Large productions or longer filming sessions.

• Availability: The Braun Manor is available for bookings on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for photoshoots, subject to availability. Filming is available 7 days a week, subject to availability.
• Extras: If additional equipment or space is required, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss options.
• Catering & Crew: Catering services and crew accommodations are not provided but may be arranged separately. Please inquire for recommendations.
• Setup & Cleanup: A minimum of 30 minutes before and after the shoot will be allowed for setup and cleanup at no extra charge.

• Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
• No Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer any refunds for film or photography bookings. In the event of cancellation, payment is non-refundable.
