Peak Season (March - October) $1,200 per night

Additional Rental Fees & Policies
Cleaning Fee: $650 (one-time fee per stay)
Rental Insurance: $119 to cover $5,000 for any damages made (non-refundable)
Pet Policy:
- Well-behaved dogs welcome with advance approval
- Pet fee: $150 per dog (maximum 3 dogs)
- Emotional support animals and service animals are always welcome at no charge
- No weight limit
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% refund if canceled 90+ days before arrival
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days before arrival
- We strongly recommend travel insurance

Q: Can I book the property for just a day event without an overnight stay?
A: No. The Braun Manor operates exclusively as a vacation rental. All wedding and event packages require an overnight guest reservation. This ensures the property remains a private estate experience, not a commercial event venue.
Q: Is catering provided?
A: We do not provide in-house catering, but we're happy to connect you with our preferred local caterers. Our gourmet kitchen is available for guest use or professional caterer access.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Peak season dates (especially summer weekends) book 6–12 months in advance. Off-season and weekday availability is typically more flexible. We recommend booking as early as possible for weddings and large events.
Q: What is your damage policy?
A: We require Rental Insurance: $119 and cover $5,000 for any damages made (non-refundable)
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: The pool is not heated.
Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: Yes! The Braun Manor is BYOB. You're welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and spirits. We can also connect you with licensed bartending services if needed.
Q: Do we have to sign any contracts or agreements?
A: Yes, once you have inquired about staying at The Braun Manor these contracts and agreements will be customized and sent directly to you for your stay.
