Parking & Guest Departure
While the estate accommodates up to 15 overnight vehicles, please note that Munson Park sits directly beside the property. Wedding and event guests are welcome to use the park for additional parking; however, the park enforces a strict 11 PM curfew. All guests must depart by this time.
For added convenience, we offer golf cart valet service for an additional fee. Please inquire if you'd like to include this service for your wedding or event.

When you book The Braun Manor for your wedding, you rent the entire estate—all 8,000 square feet, all 14 acres, all weekend long. Your wedding party stays on-site in luxurious accommodations. Your ceremony and reception happen exactly where you want them. And your celebration continues as long as you wish, with no venue curfews cutting your night short.
Unlike traditional wedding venues where guests scramble for hotels, The Braun Manor sleeps up to 30 people comfortably. Your wedding party, parents, siblings, and closest family wake up together on your wedding day, celebrate late into the night, and gather for breakfast the next morning—all under one historic roof.
No shuttles. No designated drivers. No goodbyes at midnight.
Rain or shine, you have options.
We don't force you to choose from an "approved vendor list." Bring your photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, and planner. Or work with our preferred coordinator who knows the estate intimately. The choice is yours.

Q: Can we book just the venue for the day without overnight guests?
A: No. The Braun Manor operates exclusively as a vacation rental. All wedding packages require a minimum 2-night rental of the estate. This ensures privacy, eliminates time restrictions, and provides overnight accommodations for your wedding party.
Q: What's your venue capacity?
A: Up to 75 guests for ceremonies and receptions. Up to 32 guests can stay overnight in the mansion.
Q: Are there vendor restrictions?
A: No. You're free to bring any licensed, insured vendors you choose. We can also connect you with our preferred coordinator and local vendors who know the property well.
Q: When should we book?
A: Peak season weekends (May–October) book 12–18 months in advance. Off-season and weekday dates offer more flexibility. We recommend booking as early as possible once you've set your date.
Q: Do you provide catering?
A: No, but our gourmet kitchen is available for your caterer's use. We can connect you with preferred local caterers familiar with the property.
