Rates And Booking Details | Minimum Stay: 2 nights

  • Friday - Sunday  Rate: $1,600 per night
  • Monday - Thursday Rate: $1,400 per night
  • Friday - Monday Holiday Rate: $1,800 per night
  • Weekly Rate (7 nights): $8,840 (15% discount)
  • Monthly Rate: $33,450 (25% discount)
  • Cleaning Fee: $650 per stay
  • Lodging Tax: 7% on all rental charges
  • Pet Fee: $150 per pet per stay (up to 3 pets of any size allowed)
  • Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required in addition to rental insurance for $119, which covers up to $5,000 in damages. A member of our team will provide you with the necessary insurance purchase information.


Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required 90 days prior to the event.
